He holds a Doctorate in Technology from Bombay University; B.Tech. from I.I.T Kharagpur, a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Engineering from I.I.T, Madras and was a visiting faculty at I.I.T Bombay.

Dr Advani has a distinguished career spanning 40 years in academics as post graduate teacher and in corporate consultancy in India and abroad as a management consultant, trainer, and advisor on project management for companies like Philips India. He was selected by the Govt. of India to work with and train technical personnel for the Govt. of Iran in 1980s.

Under funding from the Central Govt. he also pioneered Entrepreneurship Program in his Institute in Bombay.

Dr Advani was also involved in establishing international school (IB-PYP), A PRIMARY YEAR PROGRAM at The Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib which is the first and one of its kind in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

Under the kind guidance of Dr. Advani, Ceyone has created a strong ground for itself and has grown on it manifold in a short span of three years.
